A virtual help desk can be defined as the central point wherein parties come for resolution, information and support and a single team of members provide the required solution, information and support.

VanVista SAS plays a key role in providing this virtual outsourced capability. We act as an extension to your business, receiving reports concerning all software and hardware related issues and we direct these issues to the most appropriate staff in your company as well as escalate to Senior management and Directors. By tracking and analyzing calls to the Help desk, the support resource is able to determine which areas need improvement, e.g. user training, upgrading of equipment and software or the replacement thereof.
