About Us
VanVista SAS was established in 2011 by Vanessa Hendricks, having seen an opportunity in the market to provide Outsourced Administrative services to small and medium enterprises.
VanVista SAS services clients both locally and internationally all across South Africa, Africa and Europe.
VanVista SAS is a closed corporation registered in South Africa for tax purposes and has a level 1 BEE Status. The company has its main offices in Cape Town, Western Cape.
About the Owner
Its founder is Vanessa Hendricks, a former New Business Manager within a Financial Services Business. Ms. Hendricks spent some of her early career in various technical roles, she moved into Management where she was involved in and accountable for delivery on a number of different business and technical initiatives.
Her key strengths lie in Contact Centre Operations Management as well as Service Delivery Management. She has been involved in and played leadership roles in various functional areas within the business she was employed in. She also comes with exceptional leadership skills in the Home loans Collections arena. She was responsible for managing multi-faceted teams within this division and has a keen understanding of the management of the call centre business environment and has worked with the Senior Executive team on many occasions. She was invited as a guest speaker at Dream Girls Foundation to address young entrepreneurial women and she plays an active role as a Trustee on a Body Corporate.
